Clean Room Series: Daily Clean part 3

We have discussed a deep monthly clean, weekly clean, and now we will discuss how a daily clean will make maintaining your room thousand times easier. Don't forget to download your free pdf checklists! (It will pop up when you tap on a page)

A daily clean is a simple 5 to 15 minutes clean-up daily. Once you build the habit things will go much easier. Stay tuned for part 4: benefits of a cleanroom. I don't want to waste any more time, let's start!

1. Make your Bed

I recommend making your bed in the morning for increased productivity. Before I say anything else I recommend you do your daily clean every night before bed. although, Make your bed in the morning. Because your bed is the main focus of your room it will drastically improve your room.

I'm aware that many of my subscribers have a desk in their room. I do as well. After a long day of work/school clean up your desk. Pick up your books, pencils, trash, pens, etc. If you do it after your day it will save you time the following day.

3. Pick up miscellaneous items

Any items that are out of place and are laying around need to be placed where they belong. This will only take you 3 minutes. Putting away all those small items will make a big difference

4. Put clothes away

Have you ever heard of that meme, the one that talks about having that one chair that has a pile of clothes on it. Yeah, well we want to avoid that. If you took any clothes out of your closet and didn't put it back now is your time to do so.

5. Clean up Bed Side Table

Books, cups, jewelry, etc. Put them away. There was a saying I heard once : you can tell a lot about a person based on there side table. What does your bed side table say about you?

6. Pick up Shoes

Yes, shoes. If you are anything like me you take off your shoes and leave them on the floor. Make sure that you put them away so you don't leave shoes everywhere. Have

a designated spot for your shoes to go.

Doing this once a day will make a major difference. You'll even come to realize that you might not need to do all these steps every night because it's still clean. It's all about building habits!
