Hey you! so you have an Instagram that you want to manage and plan for. This post will give you tips and apps to help you plan and make Instagram content efficiently.
1. Plann
The app Plann is super useful for scheduling your content in advance. Not only can you prewrite captions, schedule for posting, save hashtags, develop a content strategy, but they are super nice! I used to use Planoly (which is another planning app) but when I was looking for a new app plann was super helpful through email to set up my account and answer my questions.
2. Canva
Canva is a graphic design app for many different uses. But it is great for Instagram content! They have many free templates which you can modify to fit your aesthetic and brand colors. I love to use their templates but I also like using my own. It is a great app to be creative with.
Tip #1 Be yourself
When it comes to creating content be yourself. You will find the right followers for your account by being yourself. Nobody wants to follow a copy of someone else. if you do use someone else picture give them credit and ask permission. BUT being you will help you to grow more than being fake. And it will help you to remember your values as your account grows.
Tip #2 Create Value
Create content that brings value to someone. Are they learning something? Do you uplift others? Are they receiving something beneficial? When planning content consider if you're making it just to post something or if it brings value to your viewer.
3. Milkshake
Milkshake is an app to create an aesthetic link for your bio. In the past, I used a link tree but I wanted a more aesthetic link. So I found milkshake which is a super easy/ FREE website maker. They even have templates and you can modify them to fit your brand! Go to my Instagram @theproductive to see my links.
Tip #3 Plan in advance
Plan your content in advance! Planning and making content is not always easy but if you batch makes your content it is super helpful. I like to make at least a week's worth of insta posts to schedule in plann which saves me lots of stress down the road.
