Managing Stress when it comes to Productivity

The majority of people get stressed when it's time to be productive. when it's time to face our to-do list we get overwhelmed. So today I have tips to help you conquer your to-do list.

1. What stresses you?

What is the thing about productivity that stresses you? (comment below). Before you try to implement the rest of these tips you need to find what it is that seems overwhelming. for today's example, I'm going to use a long to-do list. You have a lot to do today and you feel overwhelmed. let's use the following tips for this scenario.

2. Planning

Organize your list of things to do. "Too often people will create a long list of tasks, This will lead to stress and sometimes a feeling of defeat. A to-do list created properly will help you keep track of your goals and routines." (read more).

plan your list of things to do. when you organize by priorities, you will see what needs to be accomplished first and needs your time.

3. Taking Breaks

This appears to be the easiest step but it's not. When you take a break scrolling on your phone or answering emails for 15mins does not count as a good break. step away from the list of things to do and go on a walk, eat a snack, call a friend, or draw. there are many other things that you can do. I do suggest if you have been sitting for a long time that you get up and move your body.

4. Manage your Time.

"Time management is the process of planning and being in control of your time spent on a certain task or activity. The first step is to start." (read more). When you are faced with an overwhelming list break it down. For example, Spend 30mins on one task, take a break, spend 35mins on another task.
